I had an amazing time staying at this hotel. The location was unbeatable with stunning views of the surrounding nature and a beach just steps away from my room. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, with all areas being kept spotless throughout my stay. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a great choice of watersports that I thoroughly enjoyed. Additionally, transportation around the area was made very easy by the hotel's location, with buses and boats readily available right outside the hotel. Lastly, I must mention the staff who were incredibly helpful and made my stay even more enjoyable.
Nothing, all great!

We had a luxurious stay here with exclusive amenities that fulfilled our needs. the service was outstanding, and the Spa & wellness centre was amazing, where we enjoyed a massage and other beauty treatments. the outdoor swimming pool was huge with sun loungers and a sun terrace where we could relax. the hotel also had a beach access that was perfect for taking a dip in the sea.
There was one minor issue, as the food selection at the buffet breakfast was quite repetitive. But the hotel's restaurant had a wide range of special diet menus and served delicious food.

The view from the room was great and the breakfast had tasty options. It was easy to find nearby restaurants and shops, and the location was close to the beach.
The room was not very clean and the staff was not friendly or helpful. The Wi-fi was also very poor and barely usable.

The location down by the banks and near the water slides was really great, and the jeep safari was such an action-packed and fun day. There were many different bars to choose from, which was a nice way to mix things up. the view from our room was lovely.
The staff at the kids club didn't speak English well, which made it hard for the children to enjoy it.

The beach was beautiful and we enjoyed lounging there. the spa treatments were fantastic and we both felt very relaxed afterwards. the surrounding nature, with the mountains in the background and the sound of the waves, created a romantic atmosphere.
The food was a real letdown. the quality wasn't great and it was often cold.
